Annual General Meeting

One of the biggest benefits of being a member of Valley Credit Union is that, as a member, you are a shareholder. As such, you are entitled to influence and be informed on how we operate. We make our practices and decisions transparent and accountable to both you and our Board of Directors - which is made up of member like you, by the way. At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) we report on the past year’s events, detail our financial position, and inform you on plans for the upcoming year. We also have fun!

Proposed amendments to the Bylaws of Valley Credit Union will be presented at the Annual General Meeting for the membership to consider and vote on. Every member who is 19 years of age or older and in good standing* is entitled to one vote.

We invite you to join us this year to exercise your rights as a member – and to have a little fun!
