We care about our communities and take great pride in supporting causes that matter to you and our staff. We do this through donations, sponsorships, corporate partnerships or roll'n up our sleeves and volunteering at community events! Whether it's a heartfelt contribution from your local branch or a substantial long-term commitment from our corporate marketing team or the Board of Directors, Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) committee, we encourage you to apply and share your story on how you're shaping a positive change in your community.

Social Responsibility

Valley Credit Union's CSER committee funding addresses vital local community needs, economic development, community well-being, health and wellness, and environmental stewardship as key focus areas. Although we have a genuine desire to assist everyone, the committee concentrates on three key areas to fulfill our mandate:

Education: Sponsoring events and activities that foster youth and lifelong education.
Sports: Supporting initiatives that contribute to community strength and healthy living.
Health and Wellness: Backing organizations and events that enhance the overall well-being of the community.

If you're seeking local branch support, have a sponsorship request, or are exploring a larger corporate partnership, our user-friendly online application form is designed to capture your story and ensure it reaches the right people for review! For thorough consideration, kindly submit your request no later than 30 days before your deadline. Please note that larger or more complex requests may require additional evaluation time. We will begin accepting community funding requests annually from January 1st until the 2nd Friday in December.
