Credit unions rank first in customer satisfaction across Canadian financial institutions. Financial advice isn't one-size-fits-all, we’re committed to understanding your unique needs and providing personalized services and resources to help you reach your financial goals. Our membership structure ensures that our primary focus is on you, the member. OUR MISSION: To help people live better lives.
We’re committed to where we live – it’s why we exist! Decisions are made locally and, when you bank here, your money stays here in your community. Valley Credit Union is passionate about supporting local initiatives and giving back. With 7 branches, over 11,000 members, and approximately $225 million in assets, we’re here to help you achieve your financial goals while supporting the local community we love.
We offer a full suite of competitive financial products and services, from everyday banking to long-term financial planning. In addition to great banking, we believe in putting our members and communities first. We're more than a bank - we're here to help and keep it simple.
We believe in treating our members fairly, equitably, and building your trust as a financial partner. As a member-owned cooperative, you can trust that we're making decisions with your best interests in mind. Our priority is understanding and serving your needs, not maximizing profits for shareholders.

We’re part of the community. As a local credit union, the decisions we make directly support our members and the places we live, work, and play. When we succeed, our communities succeed. When profits stay here and are reinvested locally - we become stronger.
You can call a credit union whatever you want, but at the core, credit unions are financial institutions.
