Valley Credit Union is searching for a Full Time Branch Experience Leader to oversee operations of Middleton and Bridgetown Branches.

Reporting to the VP Member Experience, the Branch Experience Leader is responsible for contributing to the management of the Branch’s loan portfolio and for promoting and cross-selling existing and prospective clients on the benefits of using other credit union products and services. The incumbent contributes to effective leadership to champion the staff in the delivery of branch growth, profitability, business development and retention, and customer-owner satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities of help-desk support, network administration and systems at Valley Credit Union.

Reporting to the IT Manager, as a member of our Information Technology team, the IT Administrator will provide a full range of IT services, provide on-site technical support of our operations across Valley Credit Union.

Reporting to the Branch Experience Leader, the candidate will be responsible for providing superior member service, evaluating authorizing, and recommending approval of members applications for all consumer credit products. They will identify members investment opportunities including the licensing and sale of a full array of mutual funds and selling various deposit products that meet members needs.
