Online Banking Alerts


As digital banking usages continue to rise, staying in the know on all activities within your Online Banking account is crucial. By setting up Online Banking Alerts, you can receive automatic alerts by text or email when certain activities are recorded on your account. This will ensure you are the first to know of any suspicious activity or transactions that occur.

The following alerts are available to all members:

  1. Personal Access Code (PAC) Changed
  2. New Payee Added
  3. Online Banking Account Locked Out - Incorrect PAC
  4. Online Banking Account Locked Out - Incorrect Answer to Security Question
  5. Online Login
  6. Interac® Online Payment authorized
  7. Interac e-Transfer®
  8. New Message Available

Important:

  • If you receive an alert for an actiity you did not perform, notify us immediately – your account information may be compromised.
  • Review your account and statements regularly.
  • If you suspect your account or information has been compromised, report it to us immediately.
  • Alerts are only available for activities performed through online banking, mobile banking, or the app. Alerts will not be sent if changes are made through telephone banking or at the branch.
  • Our privacy code ensures your personal information remains secure.
