- Most recent pay stub or letter of employment 
- If self-employed: the last two (2) years of tax returns, NOAs, and financial statements
 
- Pension: NOA or tax return and recent chequing account statements
 
 
- Details on the property. If this is a new purchase, ask the realtor for a copy of the most recent: property tax bill, utility bills, MLS listing, sales agreement, etc.)
 
- Current property insurance policy (if applicable)
 
Please be prepared to answer questions about your existing assets and liabilities. Other vehicles, credit cards, savings, etc. This will help us prepare your Net Worth Statement. You don't need to know all the answers - we will help you build a plan!
